PostSubject: Blood [Nasamea]   Mon Jul 05, 2010 5:51 pm

(After the Bijuu topic, sometime when Konoha has been rebuilt)

"You sure we're allowed to go outside this late? It's kind of dark, I think we should go back home..." His voice was rather small, unlike the normal voice of a twelve year old. It was to be expected however, he was very short in stature and didn't weigh much. He was as thin as a rail and all of his characteristics were, from his thin, black hair to the bones in his toes. "Idiot! It's only like twelve, stop sweating it. The more nervous you get the more noise you'll make!!! If shinobi spot us we're going to be in a gang of trouble. Just fuckin' go with it. We're only getting our airplanes back." This boy was rather muscular for his age and his attitude showed. He was one of the types of children that matured way too fast for their own good. Even though he was only 11, he had stubble underneath his chin and "hair down there" as he called it. Since his dad was a retired Chuunin, he worked out a lot.

"Just come on!" the muscular one whispered. It was a simple mission for the both of them. They wanted to get their lost airplanes back from the apartment across the street. Any adult would do the normal thing and just ask to get their property back, and it wasn't like some lame-ass story where the neighbor was some child molester or old mean faggot or something. He was actually quite nice, and a gentlemen. However, he did have a dog and he did work at night. The dog usually stayed tied up to a tree, and it would be no problem. The wooden fence was the major problem. It was at least 7 feet high, way too high for either of them to safely climb. Since the black haired thin boy was lighter, the muscular one could get him over the fence easier to collect their airplanes. A good plan and the right people for it, it would be successful.

They arrived pretty soon after the man left for his night shift. The younger one brought distraction meat for the dog, just in case it decided to be a douche and bark for no real reason at all. "You got the meat?" the muscular one whispered. "Yeah, yeah!" "Toss it over then!" He tossed two very large pieces of two day old, raw venison meat that his parents wouldn't notice. The noise alerted the dog as they fell onto the ground and before he could bark, he smelled the flavor of blood and took to the food. "To the other side, go go go!" the skinny one whispered. Assembled on the far side of the fence away from the dog, the two boys clambered on top of each other and the muscular one tossed his friend safely across the fence. "Hurry up, throw the airplanes over!!" The thin one quickly grabbed the airplanes and tossed them over the fence. See, the plan to get back on the other side of the fence would be easy. The muscular one would punch a hole in the wood planking, which would be enough room for the thin one to slide through.

That punch never came. "Chougen!! Chougen!!" The thin one whispered as loud as he could without disturbing the dog, who'd at least be halfway through. Huddling in the corner, the boy panicked and made his way to the entrance of the fence. A light patting was heard behind him, and the vibrations grew louder and louder. He opened the fence and fell face first into the ground, onto the owners shoes. "What are you doing in my yard..." Luckily for the young boy, he'd forgotten to tie his dog up and came back home.

It wouldn't be the same for the dickstick that had abandoned and used his friend. Shihouin had been watching the entire event from a perch on a building not too far off. Frustrated with his strength and progress, Shihouin had been agitated for the past week, and was not in his right mind. Distressed and overrun by an insurmountable anger, Shihouin attacked the 12 year old. His first move was simple. Swooping down with a kunai and wire as a grappling hook, he waited to the boy ran down an alley. A firm kick met him in the back, forcing the boy to a ground with an instantly bruised face. Since his father was a shinobi, he wasted no time to try and try around to face his attacker, but there was something in his way. Shihouin was on top of him, cloaked in a black cape and hood that didn't allow any light to penetrate through to his face. "No! No! I'm sorry I didn't mean it!" A punch hammered the boys left cheek, chin and right cheek bone. Even after his bruises began to show, Shihouin kept punching. He punched him in the chest, the face and even broke his nose. By this time, shinobi or not, it was just assault. The soft patting noise of silenced punches didn't echo well through the night. No one would no of this crime, no one would report it. No shinobi would be aware.

As long as Shihouin kept going, he would beat him until all of his blood leaked out.

PostSubject: Re: Blood [Nasamea]   Mon Jul 05, 2010 6:49 pm

"Good night sweety"

Nasamea laid in her bed, a warm smile on her face after her foster mother tucked her in. There were times she felt as though her mother was treating her like some baby but at the same time she didn't mind. Her own mother used to do this all the time and as long as she was able to keep the memory she wouldn't complain. The white door to her bedroom closed as her foster mother exited; cutting off the light from the hallway. Darkness covered the room like a thick blanket as it wrapped around her. Nasamea looked around her room as her eyes instantly began to adjust. She was doing her nightly check to see if anything else was in the room before she did anything else. It was an instinct she had since she was young, since the day her parents were vanquished.

Once the check was over she shifted in her bed and closed her eyes to attempt to sleep. For the past few nights she was unable to sleep at all as her stomach began to ache. She began to feel tired but no matter how much she slept or attempted to eat nothing satisfied her. She knew precisely what she needed. There was a fear lurking in her mind, one that prevented her from feeding. She was scared to be called a monster. Afraid she wouldn't be able to knock someone out in time to obtain what she wished for or that they would wake up. Mainly, that she would be seen.

Once again she shifted in her bed, her form moving from her one side to the other so she could look out her window. It looked rather peaceful out as the citizens of Konoha slept. Nasamea had cracked the window earlier to let the cool fresh air roll in and so far there was barely any breeze at all. The air still smelled of tea from the nearby shop with a hint of ramen. It was a very pleasant smell that put her at ease. Although she didn't take a fancy to human food and beverages besides water, she still enjoyed tea more than anything. It relaxed her. This was probably because her father was from the Tishuto clan whom made tea all the time.

Nasamea was about to pass up this night to feed and attempt to sleep, her eyes beginning to close, but then something else crossed her nose. The smell was glorious and amazing. It made her mouth water, her stomach burn, and her eyes shoot straight open. Her body grew completely still in response as she flared her nostrils a bit to take it in. Her stomach rumbled now as she began to scan the room and outdoors frantically. Rising up from her bed she moved quietly and sat at a crouch to stare out. She looked almost like a wild animal preparing for its hunt, which was exactly what she was doing. Her ears tuned into the rooms nearby before she listened for her parents. She grew dead silent and still as tough she were a statue while focusing with everything she had; her senses all wide open.

From the distance she heard her father's light snore and her mother relaxing. Excellent. She moved slowly as her fingers curled around the window, her knuckles resting against the window pane as she began to gingerly lift. Lucky for her the window made little noise and she could easily pop the screen in and out; not like she had not done this before. As she did this she slowly looked around before peering outside, her ears tuning out the background and focusing outside. She barely heard people talking from a distance as black marks began to appear all over her skin. The sound of a faint cracking was heard from her back as it began to move oddly, her ears tuning back in to listen around the house. This time her mother began to lightly breath in their bedroom. They were asleep.

Nasamea's ears returned to the outdoors as the faint moon light rested upon her. Tonight there was a crescent moon out, a tiny orange sliver in the sky that would create little light. It was all to perfect. The thought that it was a trap crossed her mind but she didn't care at this point. She was starving and if she didn't feed she would die. She was already growing weaker which meant her regeneration would slow down as well. If she were attacked it would take longer to heal. She would appear more human like but she wanted to be at the peak of condition in case anyone ever attacked.

The sound of cracking continued as her body changed. The smell of blood grew stronger as she began to slip into her true form. Odd black markings covered her arms as her hair began to go from it's abnormal purple to a normal shade of black with blue ends. Her arm hairs and such turned blue as well while it covered her whole body. It were as though blue carpet was being glued to her except black fur began to grow where the black marks were. The D-base within her blood was taking action as it manipulated her physical composition to transform into that of a beast. Long wings with black feathers were even growing from her skin as they grew. While this occurred her nails and teeth grew sharper as more muscle appeared throughout her body. Finally there was her neck and head. Her neck was extending as her head grew into a more dog-like structure with more markings. Her eyes remaining closed through the process.

As the transformation reached its end the smell grew more. Her window seemed large at first but now she knew that she could just barely fit through it. A large beast that somewhat appeared like a winged dog, tail included, sat crouched where she was. Finally came her eyes. When the transformation was complete she let out a deep heavy breath as her eyes snapped open. Her milky golden brown hues were now a fierce red; the sign of her hunger. Normally they would be silver or a dark gray when in this form but this wouldn't change until she fed.

Twitching her wings a bit she soon moved down to all fours as she listened and searched for a final time. From what she could tell the smell was coming from the other side of the apartment across the street. A place near the house with the obnoxious barking dog. Releasing another deep breath she soon moved a bit back, not very far, before pushing off of the bed and diving out the window. Her form dived down towards the street before her black wings snapped out and she took flight. Her nose followed the scent as she flew over the building. Her wings may make sound but she made sure to travel fast before anyone noticed. It appeared someone in a dark cloak was beating someone on the ground or at least almost done. Lots of blood lost. Perfect.

She soon curved down as she flew back towards the building. She would fly so that she could stay as quiet as possible until she landed. She needed to scare off the cloaked figure to feed and so she planned to come from behind. Nobody liked to be surprised and because she was a bit larger than the small figure, she was positive he would get one hell of a surprise.

Suddenly she curved around the building and left her wings out slightly. Her form began to fall as she used her wings like a parachute before her four legs hit the ground behind him was a thud. Her neck was curved as her head lurked behind him. She was starving now and appeared like a wild animal as the scent of blood filled her nose and caused her stomach to burn. She wouldn't attack the figure unless she had to but being the peaceful type still she only wanted the blood. Her eyes burned like fire as her pearly white fangs were bared. A low growl was emitted from her gut as she let out a heavy breath. What would the cloaked figure do?

Shihouin couldn't sense her well because he was busy pummeling the shit out of the unconscious twelve year old. There was too much blood on the ground, and more than likely the child would end up in a coma, or even worse. After a while, the thuds from his fist got to be boring and Shihouin would go on to his next victim, if he could get his emotions under control. Right now, logical thinking and reason were the least of his worries and he was feeding into his hatred.

'So you've lowered yourself to fighting kids rather than grown men. Did you come from the balls of an Uchiha?'

That familiar voice.

'Don't even respond. There's a girl behind you ready to lob your head off if you do give her the chance. I know you like her. I know you want to protect her. You have the ability to kill her right now if you so wish... Do it and I'll grant you power beyond your dreams'

The image of that thing. That face. Those... Those..

'Do it! The power I used to kill your father will be yours and you will never be weak again. Ever!'

No!

Shihouin turned around and clasped his hand signs together, performing them under teh surprise of stealth. As quickly as his opponent would notice this, it would be way too late. The wire that he used as a grappling hook was still attached to his arm, and he would run a Ryuuka down the wire and burn the person behind him. It was however, his choice of response when he turned around which was surprising. From the looks of things, what he could see with his Sharingan, this couldn't have been the same Nasamea that he liked. She had a odd disturbance among her chakra flow, as if it was a bit weaker than normal. He could feel the ebb of an oddity in her chakra, a strength trying grow out of her body, but Nasamea still had control over it to a certain degree.

Jumping back over the boy, Shiihouin was completely masked, and hadn't revealed himself yet. He didn't know what to think of Nasamea in this strange state. What was wrong with her? Had she seen him beat the shit out of that kid? Would she go tell the Hokage? He knew her, yet he didn't know her at all. As a shinobi, he'd committed a crime and there was a huge chance that she'd watched it all from start to finish. He didn't know what to do, but more importantly he didn't know what she would do.

However, he would call out to her. From the darkness, he would beckon her to come closer. "Nasamea?"

When the cloaked figure began to turn her front claws dug more into the ground. It caused a nails against chalk board kind of sound but not as bad while the claws left marks in the concrete beneath them. A low rumble filled her gut once more as the masked figure gazed at her before stepping back over the fallen boy. The potent smell came from the child, no doubt about that, and by the looks of things the masked figure had beaten the child. There was something strange though. Although the scent of blood was enormous due to her hunger there was a very familiar tinge to it.

Her ravenous crimson hues shifted from the meal before her to the masked figure as though staring straight through the figure. She believed it was a male due to the figure and build. Her eyes were sharp in the darkness as though she were a cat so details stuck out more in this little light. She closed her mouth and appeared calmer now while her figure stepped forth. Her tail lightly scraped against the ground like the sound of a snake slithering against the surface while she stepped gingerly. It was a bit surprising how graceful she seemed to walk despite the fact she weighed more than her human side.

As she leaned down to sniff the boy the scent of blood made her blood boil and mouth practically drool. She needed it bad and instincts were starting to kick in. The cloaked figure didn't seem like a threat at first but the hungrier she grew the more defensive she became. Her soft gaze grew hard as she glared at him, her red iris's appearing more threatening. This all changed though when the figure finally spoke.

"Nasamea?"

Her heart skipped a beat. She was beginning to lose sight of herself but as she heard him speak her name the cloud began to dissipate. At that moment any snarling she may have begun to express died out. Her glare faded into that of shock as her pupils narrowed like a cats; the sign of fear. How did this figure know it was her? She was to emotional at this point, to hungry, to put her wall up. She couldn't help but not reveal any emotion as her stomach burned from being empty. Why did it have to be him though? She smelled his blood the time they first met and resisted the urge to attack him. As they bonded more it became easier but tonight it was difficult. Should she speak? Was it really him? What would he think of her now....

A low whimper rang from within her now as she took a step back. Her form pressed up against he nearby apartment as if to hide in its shadow and avoid any type of light. The tip of her black tail may have barely fell into the light but one thing that stuck out was the burning red hues. They weren't as threatening anymore but wouldn't revert back to normal unless she filled her stomach.

Summoning up every ounce of courage she could muster in an attempt to prevent him from possibly attacking her, and so that she wouldn't have to hurt him, she finally spoke.

"Shihouin...?"

Her words were weak and faint, revealing signs of fear. What was strange about them was she never seemed to move her mouth. Her mouth barely hung open a tad as she did. She wasn't using a form of telepathy or anything like that but was so used to talking this way that she didn't need to form the words with her whole mouth.

"What are you doing here...and to this kid..." she asked. It was taking every ounce of her strength to not attack the helpless child but she resisted the pain and kept her sanity at least while in Shihouin's presence. She didn't want Shihouin to see what she had to do to stay alive. This did not change the fact that she was growing weaker though. How much longer could she endure?

"What am I doing here? I could easily ask you that same fuckin' shit. I'm pissed off that the Hokage. That's why I'm here. I'm tired of waiting. What the fuck do you want?" It was obvious that he was pissed beyond all belief and couldn't control his mouth or his emotions. For an Uchiha, or well any serious one strength meant a lot of things. As long as Shihouin was behind held back and forced to advance at a rather slower level than other shinobi. It was frustrating.

He leaned up against the back of the alley wall, letting the cape on his hood fall down to reveal his face. Instead of the expected frustrated look, he had a look of despair. It wasn't like he was going to cry, but rather a look of complete weakness, as if he could not overcome his weakness if he had 100 centuries to train. Stress marks lined his face and bags hung under his eyes. "Nasamea... What do you want."

Hunger just didn't seem to be an issue anymore as she gazed upon his face. The pain in her stomach didn't seem like anything anymore and soon enough silence overtook her. Her hues became soft despite the fact her eyes remained red and for the moment, she did not know what to do. To tell him the truth would involve telling him everything and that is what she feared. What if he rejected her for who she was because of what she is? At the moment, due to his anger, this all didn't seem like it was something he would worry about. She could almost feel the inner sorrow radiate off of him as his rage ate at his being. He appeared as though going to cry, an emotion that caused her heart to ache. What was she to do?

Her form soon stepped forth in silence as he questioned what she was doing there. The alleyway was dark and not all that roomy but it gave enough space for her to move. She was positive though that once she got closer he would see just what it was that she had transformed into and then she could explain why she was there.

"Please don't run... I won't hurt you..." she soon said softly. Her voice sounded nice compared to the front she had given in the past. An obvious hint of care. Her true self.

When she grew closer the sound of cracking began to fill the air and there was the good chance of him being able to see the outline of her form now. She soon lowered her head to his shoulder, and if he allowed, she would rest it there with her cheek against his. He would easily be able to feel her fur and notice she had changed then. Fear filled her but she wasn't going to turn tail and run just yet. She had come to love Konoha so far and a few of its people.

While remaining there, the cracking would continue until the Nasamea he knew would stand before him. Since she was shorter her head wouldn't exactly be up on his shoulder but up against it instead as she embraced him. This of course was if he allowed it as well.

"There's something about me you should probably know..... and it is because of what I should tell you... that I am here. But first I just want you to be okay..."

She continued the embrace as she just barely shook. It were almost as if she were twitching but it were mainly due to the fear she had. If he wanted to run he could easily push her away and do so. But if he did, there was the good chance he may never see her again. She closed her amber hues and prepared to accept anything; all the while fighting back the hunger.

Shihouin didn't push her away, rather yet let her stay on his shoudlers. He felt like punching her in the face too, watching her bleed and then leaving her to die in a pool of her own blood. It was like, if for that one moment in time that she was on him nothing mattered. What was this feeling? Of course she looked good to him, he sort of liked her, but this feeling was more than like.

'What a fucking loser. An Uchiha falling in love with some strange girl. I can't believe you call yourself an Uchiha.'

Shut up.

'You can't silence me. As long as you are alive, I will be here until you accept my power.'

No!

'No. OKay. One day Shihouin, you'll become a real Uchiha and you will loose all these non-ninja like emotions. Give up on this girl now so you don't hurt her feelings! Do it and gain a strength beyond understanding!'

Never!

He stood there in complete silence, wondering what would happen next. Would that thing continue to haunt him for the rest of his life? Would he follow him? It was all due to the choice that he made that night, the choice that he could never gain back or do over. But in this moment with her, it didn't matter. As un-ninja like as it sounds, he actually felt good here and had he a choice, he would stay there forever. But he couldn't. "What's wrong with you Nasamea?"

She peered up at him with pain ridden eyes as she attempted to come to grip with what she was about to say. Her hands retreated from around him as she took a tiny step back. She still stood rather close but had ended the embrace to speak. She had to do it. He already saw what she was. There just wasn't any turning back. Maybe she could run but she didn't want to feel lost again. He didn't run from her, call her names, or try to push her away. It had to mean something right?

"Shihouin...." she began to say. Her eyes fell to their feet before she let out a sigh. The stomach pain was returning. Now she didn't just smell the kids blood but his as well. She was grew more and more hungry as she imagined the sound of it pulsing through his veins. She felt a bit dizzy but soon she returned eye contact.

"You saw what I really am. This form, me as this human," she shook her head, "It's not me at all. What you may or may not of saw...that beast...that is what I really am. I possess my mother's kekegenkai and because of that, if it wasn't obvious enough or spelled out already, I'm not human."

With that said it felt as though the air grew thinner and cold. Normally after she said that the name calling would begin. She tended to be called 'Kaibutsu' a lot, a word she hated. She proceeded to tell him anyway as her voice grew a more desperate edge to it. The hunger pains were coming back now and she was growing more worried as she grew dizzy.

"Please trust that what I am saying is real and that I am not insane or anything of the sort. It's all I ask." She grew calmer now as she tried to appear mellow despite her shaky voice. "Because of my bloodline...I need to have at least a quart of..." she gulped, "blood... a day. And lately I haven't had any for a long time. But the smell of that boy... it came through my window from an apartment not far from here. I naturally pick up on it when i'm hungry so don't worry about other people smelling it. Maybe animals... but anyway...if I don't have any for a long period of time Ill grow far weaker then what I already am....."

Her eyes sunk again as her voice grew more quiet, her face growing dark, "and then ill die...."

Why would he not reject her? Someone who drinks blood for a living and turns into a foul beast. How strange...

He didn't understand why exactly she needed but he knew he had to help her. This was an awkward situation to say the least, but the last person that Shihouin wanted to see die was her. He didn't want to lose out on her now, knowing the pain of losing people close to him. Removing the shoulder on his coat, he put his arm outside of the clothing under and outside in the air. There was nothing more to do, but to let her drink.

"Then drink."

-soorry for the shortness-

A grim expression crossed her face as he offered his own blood to her. His bare shoulder revealed to her. She was starving but the situation grew rather awkward. This was just the way it was for her though. At least this time she wouldn't have to knock the person out or steal from a blood bank. Her fears melted away as she began to grow a strange sense of comfort. For the first time she felt she could actually have a little faith in someone and trust them. Someone actually accepted her and although most may fear drinking to much due to their starvation she had some faith in herself. She knew she wouldn't take to much. She didn't want to kill him after all.

Looking up at him the words sorry were written across her face as she stepped forth. She moved her eyes to his shoulder now as she stood only a breath away. For a moment she seemed like she had zoned out, her eyes dead set on his shoulder as she didn't move but this was because she was focusing chakra to her mouth. With hesitation, she moved forward and barely opened her mouth to reveal all her teeth had been pointed. If this wasn't a vampire like moment she didn't know what was and honestly she hated it. He would soon feel a pain emitted from his shoulder as she bit down enough to nip at his shoulder and tear skin. She placed her mouth on the wound though as she began to suck at it; trying to use her tongue to soothe the wound. It was rather strange and if he felt awkward and wanted to get away, she couldn't blame him. Especially as the hunger pains began to be fed.

Instincts started to kick in as her eyes grew rather ravenous again. She closed her eyes and leaned into more, her hands raising up as she hugged him again. Her fingertips slightly dug into his back as she went. It appeared as though she were about to drain him dry as she pulled him into her and fed but soon she stopped sucking at the wound all together. She opened her eyes again as she let out a deep breath, her body relaxing as her hands smoothed out against his back. She placed her mouth against his skin to lick the wound again so the blood would stop before she placed her head lightly against his shoulder. She felt more relaxed and the hunger pains went away but what about Shihouin? Chances were he may feel a bit dizzy but overall he wouldn't pass out or anything like that. Resting her head there she spoke quietly, feeling a bit of shame for what she just did but still not letting go. In a way she was kind of scared to in case he really was dizzy and might fall. But for the most part it was because she actually didn't want to.

"Im sorry if I weirded you out...." she said, still embracing him. She pulled him closer again, head still against his wounded shoulder, "but thank you..."

She spoke softly and very calmly. It were almost as if she were about to fall asleep and in a way she kind of felt like she would sometime soon. But first, she needed to see if he was okay. If not, she would stay there until he was ready and would even walk him home if she had to. Normally its the other way around but she wasn't the one that might be dizzy and fall over either.

She backed off a bit as she looked up at him again, her arms still around him with her hands against his back. Worry filled her eyes.

"Are you okay? I didn't drain a lot but that doesn't mean you may not feel dizzy...."

Was this the type of perso/n that he would grow up to be? Would his life travel down this road? What pathwas he on? There were so many questions that Shihouin couldn't answer but yet he wanted to know the answer to all of them. Would he fall in love with Nasamea or would they just remain friends? As awkward as the feeling was, he liked being around her and being with her. Shinobi were supposed to put aside their emotions though, and surely the Hkkage and the Jounin of the village had done just that to become stronger.

When one loves, there is also the risk of hate. He didn't want to risk any strange emotions or open up a chance for more pain. He'd already had enough of that at a young tender age. They were both shinobi. They both could have died in when the Shukaku attacked. If they died, what would they do then? He didn't want to wallow in a pool of pity and depression. Every logical part of his thought process was telling him to let Nasa be an associate, nothing more.

He wanted more than that.

Before she would be able to move towards him, or grab him again, his body popped into a log of smoke. He couldn't deal with the frustration and the confusion yet. He had to go someplace where he could get his thoughts out, where he could remain calm. He didn't want to leave her alone in the dark, but at the same time the dark was here he wanted to be. He would see her another time, and hopefully things would be better.

Hopefully.
