Description/Abilities:A series of wireless security camera's and microphones placed everywhere within Konoha. The camera's are all connected to the Village Security Division of the ANBU [Also where the Barrier team is located], the Camera's are all connected to a series of monitors for all the security team to see. However, the system is uniquely designed so that is also connected directly to Ikan Hyuuga's primary visual cortex which allows him to see through every camera at will.[Given that Hyuuga are specifically adapted to seeing & comprehending multiple angles with their byakugan, Ikan is perfect for this purpose.] The security feed is watched 24 hours a day from the ANBU HQ and the feed is able to be pulled up by the Hokage within his office & Mansion.

Transformation Effect: The seal once implanted on the headbands becomes invisible and can only seen by those with the matching chakra signature [Hokage and security team]. Seal Info:An important part of the security system, the seal cannot be duplicated by someone without knowledge of how the security system works.

History:Designed by Keiden Senju early in his reign as Hokage, however it was not able to be used until Ikan Hyuuga's injury[SEE NPCs] Since they've been put into place, they are Monitored by Ikan and the Konoha Security team.

Description/Abilities: The only enterenmce to Konoha, is very strict in it's security measures to keep the village safe. These include a database, which records the retinal scans, fingerprints and DNA of all visitors, this information is then combined with their appearance,name and chakra signature [registers through means listed below] into a database that is scanned through all missing-nin known to Konoha.

The security check point first checks and registers all weapons and items the visitors possess, making sure they are carrying nothing illegal. Then second it takes fingerprints and other information[see above] and scans it all into the computer system. All visitors must pass through an object similar to a metal detector which records their chakra signature and inputs it into the computer.

Before being allowed to enter the village, all visitors are marked with a seal.

The seal acts in unison with the Konoha barrier, while the visitor is within the barrier the seal remains in place and active, however after spending 24 hours outside of the barrier the seal will disappear and all effects will be lost.. Seal Info:An important part of the security system, the seal cannot be duplicated by someone without knowledge of how the security system works.

The security checkpoint is staffed with 8 A rank NPC guards and 4 NPC medics.

Description/Abilities: A new Konoha headband, the same as old ones with the exception of the seal implanted on the back of it[see seal above]

The Konoha Border Wall: The wall around Konohagakure extends 50 feet into the air and is 10 feet wide, surrounding the entire village. The wall is constructed of steel reinforced concrete, making it more difficult for those who wield the earth element to utilize.[The manipulation costing an additional D rank amount to mold the reinforced concrete.] A sentry is placed atop the wall every 40 feet to guard the village.

Konohagakure Tunnel System: The tunnel system underneath Konohagakure was designed in case of emergency evacuation, the tunnels have also been Adapted for ANBU use, allowing them to get around the village faster. The tunnel system can only be accessed by those who possess the knowledge of the Access Code and the appropriate chakra signature. The tunnels are equipped with a state of the art, motion sensor system[which is deactivated one the access code is used] alerting the ANBU of any intruder in the tunnels. As another deterrent the Tunnels are equipped with Gekitai mines[see below] every 20 feet, which are activated when the motion sensors near them are tripped. Currently those who have access are the Hokage's ANBU Guards, the Hokage Himself, and the Law enforcement division of ANBU.

  Name of Weapon or Item: Anti-Personnal Shrapnel Mine "Gekitai" Owner: ANBU/Hokage Location: --- Rank: A Description/Abilities: The Gekitai is an Anti Personnel Mine designed to cause a high amount of damage in a forward direction. When exploded, the mine releases a large amount of shrapnel towards the wanted direction. It can release a dangerous amount of very hot shrapnel in a 50 meter radius which can cause a high amount of damage. Not even armored opponents are safe from this due to the sheer amount of damage it causes in numbers. Gekitai, meaning to "repel the enemy" pushes out the shranpnel with a remote, wire, explosive tag, or timed trip. Even though it's somewhat big to carry out on the battlefield, it can be set up for village security or even for traps if time allows. History: Keiden developed this mine for village use and security. Rarely, its used for fights and is mostly used for village security. Using his vast knowledge as the Hokage, Keiden has placed these all around the enitre village hidden from plain sight. Appearance: The mine is about four inches thick, five inches high and about eight inches across. It's big for normal combat but about two or three can be held in a backpack or one in a large enough nin-pouch. Setting the mine up is easy. With an epoxy glue on the back, it is simple and easy to remove the cover and place on a mine.
